This site publishes general educational information about crypto-assets and blockchain technology, and a form for sending an inquiry to Blockchaininsightsca. It is an information site only. Blockchaininsightsca is not a registered dealer, adviser, trading platform or money services business. It does not hold, trade or transfer crypto-assets for anyone, and nothing on it is an offer or a recommendation. Use the form for questions about the published information. Please leave passwords, wallet recovery phrases, private keys and account numbers out of your message, because an inquiry never needs them.
Information, outside links and copying
Pages here give general information, and because rules, products and risks in this area change, a page can fall behind. Confirm current details with official sources before you act on anything. A link takes you to a site run by another organization, under its own terms and policies, which Blockchaininsightsca does not control. Copying text, images or layouts from this site for another purpose needs permission from Blockchaininsightsca first. No page states prices, fees or rates.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which Blockchaininsightsca has its principal office and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The information on this site is general and is meant for readers across Canada. Rules for crypto-assets and for consumers differ by province and territory. This does not take away any consumer protection that the law of your own province or territory gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
Replies to your inquiry
Sending the inquiry form, which has three fields (name, email address and message), means you agree that Blockchaininsightsca may answer at the email address you gave, and only about what you asked. Replies go by email. You can read this site without agreeing to any of that, and the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not send marketing email without your consent. To stop hearing from us, write to hello79@blockchaininsightsca.shop and we will honour the request.
No advice and no dealing
The guides here are explanations, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and no page suggests that you buy, sell, hold or move any crypto-asset. They cannot reflect your income, goals or situation. Blockchaininsightsca does not rate, rank or endorse any coin, token, exchange, wallet or company. Any decision about crypto-assets is yours, and it is wise to talk it over with a qualified professional who is registered to give advice.
